Contributions to the LEAD Futures Foundation are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law. The Foundation is organized and operated exclusively for charitable and educational purposes. Please consult your tax advisor regarding the deductibility of your specific contribution.
EVOKicks is not a separate legal entity; it operates under the governance, financial oversight, and tax exempt status of the LEAD Futures Foundation.
You will receive a written acknowledgment by email for every donation. For gifts of $250 or more, this acknowledgment serves as your official receipt for tax purposes and will state whether any goods or services were provided in exchange for your gift.
Unless a specific benefit is clearly stated at the time of your gift, no goods or services are provided in exchange for contributions, and the full amount of your donation may be tax deductible.
Donations support EVOKicks programming, including footwear, event costs, mentorship, and the operations that make each reveal possible. The Foundation reserves the right to allocate funds where the need is greatest to fulfill our charitable mission.
Donations are generally non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error, contact us at Monica@leadfuturesfoundation.org within 15 days and we will work with you in good faith.
We respect your privacy and collect only what we need to run our programs and stay in touch with our supporters.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Student nomination details are kept confidential and are never shared publicly or with the students themselves.
You may unsubscribe from emails at any time, and you may request a copy or deletion of your personal information by emailing Monica@leadfuturesfoundation.org.
